Physical fitness is an important part of Health and Wellness. One can be fit without being healthy, however, you are not truly healthy unless you have a body that can respond in multiple ways. The fitness algorithm is FRIENDS.

Swimming ticks many boxes. Not only is it non weight-bearing, but it involves every muscle of the body, including core stabilising muscles. It can be performed as endurance or as intensity, and with resistance paddles, it can even be used for strength. It is an excellent exercise to include in between more challenging training days, and you can conclude with a session in the spa and sauna.

Choose a range of exercises that you enjoy, and relish the freedom of physical movement.
