An indian yogi once said , “to be healthy it is important to keep the body moving, the breath moving, and the bowels moving!” Body movement must be seen with a multidimensional  lens that includes:

– flexibility
– strength
– endurance
– intensity
– balance

A body that has all these components working efficiently can be considered “fit”.  When addressing your fitness goals, ensure that all these components are included every week, and mix up the types of exercise so that the body doesn’t get stuck in a pattern.
