Do you need to get out of your head?

Have a look at this roo, chilling out on the golf course.

It’s not worrying about it’s next feed. It’s not planning for tomorrow, nor is it depressed about yesterday. Chilling is our natural state.

The problem is that we have got so “into our heads and can’t get out.

 As long as you know how to get out, then you can get back in when you need to. Real yoga is not bending yourself into contortions. It is about being able to switch on and off consciously. The mind and intellect are simply instruments that are there to be used for logical, rational, deliberate activities. But once the planning has occurred, let it go, relax, and enjoy the process.

So just for today, “get out of your head”, enjoy the day, and have a magnificent weekend.
